PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing a buffing specimen of stainless steel and a method for manufacturing the buffing specimen using the same are provided to quantify a buffing condition of the stainless steel has passed a cold-rolling process and to evaluate the buffing properties using the specimen in which the buffing has performed under the quantified buffing condition. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a buffing specimen(11) of stainless steel comprises a specimen placing stand(10), a base plate(20), and a buffing unit(30). The specimen placing stand comprises a jig(13) fixing the specimen and a clamp(15). The base plate is connected to the specimen placing stand. The buffing unit comprises a grinding stone(31) buffing the specimen, a rotator(33) rotating the grinding stone, and a driving member attaching or detaching the grinding stone to/from the rotator. |
