PURPOSE: A slag stopper mounting link height controlling apparatus capable of controlling the height of a mounting link on which the stopper hanger of a slag stopper is mounted is provided to easily and conveniently mount a slag stopper although a base material is adhered between the edge of the opening part of a TLC(Torpedo Ladle Car) and the mounting link. CONSTITUTION: A slag stopper mounting link height controlling apparatus includes a mounting link(20), a screw jack(40), and a drive motor(80). The mounting link is formed to be able to control the height in order for the slag stopper to be arranged inside a TLC and in order to mount a stopper hanger on the upper part of the slag stopper. The screw jack mounts the mounting link on the top end and moves up and down in a rotatable manner in order to move up and down the mounting link arranged on each of both sides of the opening part of the TLC. The drive motor provides rotation driving power to the screw jack through a mechanical connection unit. The screw jack is inserted into an up and down direction jack hole which is formed on a guide support member fixed on the TLC and moves up and down in a rotatable manner.
