A process for perioperative analgesia in surgical interventions on blood vessels of the lower extremities comprises the elongated femoral nerve blockade by installation of subcutaneously tunneled epidural catheter in the perineural space under control, as well as administration of solution of bupivacaine through the catheter. The catheter installation is intraoperatively performed at the final stage of the operation under the control of eye and the femoral nerve blockade is carried out with 0.125-0.25% solution of bupivacaine at a dose of 15 ml.
