Then one performs the mixture cooking and acetic acid addition to produce a sauce. One performs trepang blanching, mealing in wheat flour, frying in vegetable oil and mincing. One proceeds with laminaria, carrots and beets mincing, the listed components mixing, the produced mixture and sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation.EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
