FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to stabilised radiopharmaceutical compositions containing: anF-marked compound, an effective stabilising amount of gentianic acid or its salt with a biocompatible cation, and an aqueous biocompatible carrier medium. TheF radioactive concentration in this carrier medium is found within the range of 10-100000 MBq/ml, while the pH value of the composition makes 4.0-9.5. The invention also refers to a method for preparing such radiopharmaceutical composition which involves mixing theF-marked compound in the biocompatible carrier medium and gentianic acid.
