PURPOSE: A current collector and rapid current collector for attenuating unnecessary magnetic flux component are provided to attenuate the frequency of the magnetic flux component which is unnecessary for collecting, thereby reducing the amount of unnecessary magnetic flux ejected externally. CONSTITUTION: A rapid current collector(210) generates magnetic flux with a plurality of frequency components. A first resonant capacitor(222) is connected in order to resonate with a first concentrator line. More than one of the offsetting wire(225) attenuates the frequency of the magnetic flux component, except for the magnetic flux of the power transmission frequency component. More than one of the second resonant capacitor(226) resonates with the offsetting wire. A current circuit(223) extracts an electromotive force induced from the offsetting wire.
