<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The device has a drive element driven by a crankshaft and rotatably supported opposite to a camshaft. A torsion spring (1) is effectively arranged between the camshaft and the drive element. Ends (2) of the torsion spring are undisplaceably arranged with the camshaft and the drive element or a stator (4) of a camshaft adjuster in a peripheral direction (U). A fastening ring (5) is arranged at the drive element in a torque-proof manner. The ring exhibits a partial radially extending gap (6) at a peripheral area.
