An organic electro-luminescence display device and a fabrication method thereof are provided to improve visibility and lifetime, by improving the phenomenon that an aperture ratio is reduced due to a shadow mask, when an organic light emission layer is formed by using the shadow mask. A substrate comprises a number of sub pixels arranged in a stripe. At least one thin film transistor is formed in each sub pixel. A protection film is formed on a substrate including the thin film transistor. A first electrode is connected to each thin film transistor on the protection film, and two vertically adjacent electrodes are arranged in a delta type. An organic light emission layer(170) is formed on the first electrodes. A second electrode is formed on the organic light emission layer. |
