<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new modified polysiloxane compound, which has excellent water repellency and oil repellency and has excellent emulsification stability, dispersibility and compatibility, and to provide a method for producing the modified polysiloxane compound. <P>SOLUTION: The modified polysiloxane compound is represented by formula (1), wherein: R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>to R<SP POS="POST">9</SP>are identical to or different from one another, and denote a hydrocarbon group selected from a 1 to 20C linear alkyl group, a 3 to 6C branched alkyl group and 3 to 6C cyclic alkyl group; p and q respectively denote the average value of the number of siloxane units shown in parentheses, p is the number of ≥1 and q is the number of ≥2; and A has at least a group of a dihydroxy compound, having a specified alkylene group and a specified amide bond, and denotes a group selected from a hydrogen atom. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
