<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To electrically ground an output terminal at a transition on power input without causing a significant increase in chip area. <P>SOLUTION: An operational amplifier 100 has a differential amplification circuit 10 for amplifying a difference between a normal input voltage VIN_P and an inverted input voltage VIN_N, and an output circuit 20 for receiving and amplifying an output signal of the differential amplification circuit 10 and outputting an output voltage VOUT from a common connection point of a PMOS transistor M12 and an NMOS transistor M13. A capacitor Cx1 has one end connected to a gate of the transistor M13, and a capacitor Cx2 has one end connected to a gate of the transistor M12.
