Disclosed is a solar cell module including substrate, a solar cell panel on one surface of the substrate and a protective layer between the solar cell panel and the substrate. The protective layer is formed in the solar cell module by using vacuum or inert gas, thereby effectively preventing the solar cell module from moisture penetration. |
