PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain micronizer for magnesium alloys free from the possibility of releasing the source of substances affecting the environment and by which the effect of refining the grains of magnesium alloys can be improved. SOLUTION: Polytetrafluoroethylene is used as the grain refiner for magnesium alloys.
