PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device having a color-converting polymer layer is provided to simplify a manufacturing process by omitting a process for manufacturing a color-converting layer. CONSTITUTION: An anode layer(20) is formed on a substrate. A polymer layer(30) for color conversion is formed on the anode layer and includes quantum dots and a first hole-transporting material. A spacer layer(40) is formed on the polymer layer and includes a second hole-transporting material. A light emitting layer(50) is formed on the spacer layer. A cathode layer(80) is formed on the light emitting layer.
