PURPOSE: An infant car seat having a multistage impact absorbing function and an airbag is provided to cushion an infant against multiple external impacts more softly with air springs assembly made of rubber material, thereby reducing the possibility of injury caused during use or an accident. CONSTITUTION: An infant car seat having a multistage impact absorbing function and an airbag comprises a car seat body(100), an integrated rotary lever plate(110), a foam rubber cushion assembly(120), an air spring(130), an air injection device(140), and a height adjusting device(150). The car seat body is provided for an infant to be seated. The integrated rotary lever plate is installed in the left side of the car seat body to surround the car seat, and moves rotatably around an insertion hole which is provided to be inserted with a pinion shaft, to open or close the foam rubber cushion assembly. The foam rubber cushion assembly is installed on upper side of the rotary lever plate to be rotatably movable around a shaft(114), which may absorb shocks to belly, chest, and face of the infant when an accident occurs. The air springs are installed on the bottom surface of the foam rubber cushion assembly and on upper side of the rotary lever plate to absorb shock. The air injection device is provided for air injection to the air springs so that the air springs have an elastic force. The height adjusting device is installed at the side of the car seat body to control the height of the rotary lever plate.
