<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame sensor which can detect a flame with high precision in combustion not generating NOx. <P>SOLUTION: The flame sensor using a UV tube provided with a pair of electrodes made of an anode electrode and a cathode electrode can detect a flame with high precision even in combustion not generating NOx because the composition of a surface of the cathode electrode facing the surface opposed to the anode electrode is a metal having a threshold wavelength longer than 275 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
