<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super-resolution processing apparatus, etc capable of suppressing flicker generation among time-sequential plural image frames. <P>SOLUTION: The super-resolution processing apparatus performs super-resolution processing by adding high frequency components using learning database. The super-resolution processing apparatus detects a movement between an input image and a delayed input image in which the input image is frame-delayed to obtain a movement vector. Subsequently, an evaluation value of a target block of the input image at the point when the patch is extracted is updated so that the same learning high frequency patch as the learning high frequency patch used for super-resolution processing at a position after movement compensation is made with the movement vector of a frame at the same time as the delayed input image, is easily selected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
