<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate operation to connect devices to each other. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a server device which is connected to a device in a communicable state through a network, and includes: management means of managing an appearance image of the device connected in the communicable state through the network and position information of the device; reception means of receiving a connection instruction including an appearance image and position information of a connection-source device and an appearance image and position information of a connection-destination device; specification means of specifying the connection-source device and the connection-destination device on the basis of the connection instruction received by the reception means and the appearance images of the devices and the position information of the devices managed by the management means; and transmission means of transmitting connection information, needed for the connection-source device to request the server device to make a connection with the connection-destination device specified by the specification means, to the connection-source device specified by the specification means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
