PURPOSE: A roaster equipped with a water-cooled grill is provided to supply steam to the food roasted on grill pipes by using the temperature of a water container, and thus to allow the food to be roasted without getting dried. CONSTITUTION: A roaster equipped with a water-cooled grill is integrally composed of a main body(3) and an adjustment part(50). Inside the main body, water receiver rests are placed on the inside floor and gas burners(18) are placed at both sides of the upper part facing each other, and then resting parts(22), on which a water-cooled grill(2) can be rested, are installed at the upper part. A withdrawal hole is formed on the inner surface of the main body above the resting part to allow an injection nozzle of a moving bracket to be inserted and withdrawn. A pair of water containers(6), rested on the resting parts facing each other, is supplied with water from a water tank installed at the adjustment part. A water-cooled grill, composed of multiple grill pipes(7) arranged in parallel to put food on, is formed between the water containers. The inside of the adjustment part is composed of a circulation pump and a control part controlling the operations of a water level sensor. |
