<p>A functional film which is characterized by comprising a resin base and an outermost layer that contains a material having a metalloxane skeleton. The functional film is also characterized in that: the outermost layer contains an ultraviolet absorbent; the surface of the functional film has a contact angle with water of 80° or more but less than 170°; and the surface of the functional film has a coefficient of kinetic friction of from 0.10 to 0.35 (inclusive).</p> |
