The invention relates to culturing photoautotrophic microorganisms for a more efficient, cheaper production of biomass. It includes: a culture vessel (1) suitable for being suspended and that is made of two polyethylene sheets, where thermosealing has been used to form a plurality of parallel channels (6) connected to each other to form a single zig-zag conduit; a tank (3) for homogenizing and storing the culture (2); and a propelling means (10) for propelling the culture (2) against gravity from the tank (3) toward the vessel (1). It additionally includes a structure consisting of two parallel polygonal elements (18) on which a bar (8) rests, from which bar the vessel (1) is suspended.
