PURPOSE: An analog-digital converter is provided to produce coefficient to suppress image signal factors, thereby does not depend on frequency of analog input signals when suppressing the image signal factors. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of analog digital conversion channels(100,200) convert analog input signals into each of channel digital signal. A channel synthesizer outputs digital output signals by synthesizing a plurality of channel digital signals. An adaptive filter(15) filters more than one of channel digital signals among a plurality of channel digital signals. A correction circuit(20) produces coefficient of the adaptive filter depending on the digital output signals. The correction circuit extracts error signal factors corresponding to errors among a pluralities of channel digital signals from digital output signals, thereby produce coefficient of the adaptive filter to suppress error signal factors.
