<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance method for a recording medium that can suppress the deterioration in conveyance accuracy of the recording medium and correct the skew of the recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: The recording apparatus includes: a sheet supply part that holds the roll recording medium; and a recording part where a recording head for scanning the recording medium in a scanning direction of the recording medium is provided so that the recording medium is recorded by ink ejection from the recording head. The recording medium is conveyed to the recording part while a tension acting on the recording medium is being adjusted by a tension applying mechanism based on a skew amount of the recording medium that is intermittently conveyed to the recording part by the conveyance roller which is provided between the sheet feeding part and the recording part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
