<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muddy water splash preventing tool that is handy and easily attachable and enables prevention of splashing of rain water and sludge sticking to the splash preventing tool itself. <P>SOLUTION: A member obtained by forming a springy material into an inverted U shape and a clip made by making use of a spring can be attached to the counter of a shoe or the like from above so that the counter is clipped. The clip is provided outside with a muddy water splash preventing plate. The muddy water splash preventing plate is connected to the clip on a rotary shaft and is able to vertically swing. The muddy water splash preventing plate is provided inside at its lower part with an auxiliary plate. When the shoe lands on the ground, the auxiliary plate lands on the ground and lifts the muddy water splash preventing plate from the ground. As a result, muddy water and the like caught by the inside of the muddy water splash preventing plate are let to drop to the ground and the muddy water can be thus drained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
