<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collector capable of: reducing internal resistance of a nonaqueous electrolyte battery; being used suitably for capacitor components such as a nonaqueous electrolyte battery such as a lithium ion secondary battery, a capacitor for an electric double layer, and a lithium ion capacitor; improving high rate characteristics; and extending a lifetime. <P>SOLUTION: The collector, formed with a resin layer 5 having conductivity on at least one surface of a conductive base material 3 containing a nitrocellulose resin and a conductive material, wherein an extraction ratio by MEK is 5 mass% or more and 60 mass% or less, an electrode structure 7 equipped with the collector, the nonaqueous electrolyte battery, and the capacitor component such as an electric double layer capacitor and a lithium ion capacitor are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
