摘要 PURPOSE: A method for analyzing antioxidants by chemiluminescence analysis using a metal ion-attached carbon nanotube catalyst is provided to largely enhance chemical luminescence intensity and to quickly and efficiently analyze antioxidants in a sample. CONSTITUTION: A method for analyzing antioxidants comprises: a step of adding a metal ion-attached carbon nanotube into distilled water and dispersing by ultrasonic wave to prepare metal ion-attached carbon nanotube dispersion solution; a step of adding the metal ion-attached carbon nanotube dispersion solution to a chemical luminescence reagent to prepare a chemical luminescence mixture solution; a step of adding the antioxidants sample solution as an analyte to the chemical luminescence mixture solution; a step of adding the oxidant to the mixture solution and initiating chemical luminescence reaction; and a step of measuring the intensity of chemical luminescence emitted to the outside.
