PURPOSE: A fingerprint identifying device and a method for registering a fingerprint using the same and s method for identifying user using the same are provided to conceal fingerprint information of a user after adding fake feature point information in a real feature point information of a user, thereby safely protecting important fingerprint information of a storage device from external aggressive person. CONSTITUTION: A registered fingerprint feature point extractor extracts at least one real feature points from a registered fingerprint image. A fake feature point generator(330) generates at least one of random fake feature points. A polynomial expression generator(320) generates at least one of polynomial expressions through identity information of a user. A registered feature generator(340) generates registered feature information by integrating generated real data structure and fake data structure through the polynomial. |
