<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desiccant type dehumidifier capable of protecting a retaining frame of an adsorption element from radiation heat of a heater. <P>SOLUTION: A dehumidification unit 3 heats water absorbed in an adsorption element 31 with a heater 32 for recovery. A partition plate 37 faces the side of a retaining frame 310 retaining the adsorption element 31 to block the radiation heat of the heater 32, and a plane section 371 of the partition plate 37 is in closest proximity thereto. A concave groove 372 of the partition plate 37 is continuously joined to the plane section 371 and is more distant from the side of the retaining frame 310 than the plane section 371. The concave groove 372 is near a first heater 321 and the temperature becomes the highest, but the retaining frame is protected from thermal damage because the groove is distant from the retaining frame 310. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
