A steel ball restoring apparatus for shot peening is provided to improve durability of various mechanisms or devices by effectively eliminating a steel ball stayed at workpieces after shot peening. A steel ball restoring apparatus for shot peening comprises two nonconducting plates(3), magnetism supply units(5), and an air gun(7). The two nonconducting plates are symmetrically placed between workpieces where shot peening is completed. The magnetism supply units are installed at the outside of the two nonconducting plates. The air gun jets high pressure compressed air to the workpieces positioned between the two nonconducting plates. The magnetism supply units have an electromagnet or a permanent magnet for supplying the magnetism having opposite polarity between the two nonconducting plates. A conveyer(9) is installed at the lower part of the two nonconducting plates to collect the falling steel ball. |
