<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic injection molding material, which is able to stably supply the ceramic injection molding material causing preferable fluidity in a molten state. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing the ceramic injection molding material, which is used for manufacturing ceramic products by the injection molding. The manufacturing method involves the processes of: preparing a mixed material constituting the ceramic injection molding material and containing at least a ceramic powder and a binder comprising a thermoplastic resin; making the mixed material in a molten state by heating the mixed material up to a temperature range wherein the binder is melted; calculating a fluid dynamics shape factor in the predetermined temperature range for mixed material in the molten state; and selecting the mixed material, having the fluid dynamics shape factor lower than a tolerance, as the ceramic injection molding material by comparing the obtained fluid dynamics shape factor with the tolerance set in advance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
