<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fertilizer ease, safe and excellent in efficacy, also contributing to reuse of wastes by employing natural materials such as rice bran, seaweeds or the like as main components of the fertilizer. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing a seaweed-containing fertilizer 10 comprises: a mixing step of stirring and mixing rice bran 1, molasses 2, seaweeds 3 and fermentation bacteria 4 as materials to be mixed; and a drying step of piling and drying the mixture obtained in the mixing process. At this time, the method may further go through a solidification step of forming the mixture obtained in the mixing process into a pellet form.
