<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cooker capable of reducing the incursion of food materials or the like into an exhaust air path while securing a height in a cooking chamber and easily discharging air of high contamination concentration. <P>SOLUTION: The cooker includes a cooking chamber 17 located in a casing 2 and having an exhaust opening 30 formed in a portion of a wall surface, upper heating means 24 located in the cooking chamber 17, a cooking chamber exhaust duct 10 located in a position not overlapping the cooking chamber 17 when seen from above and configured to communicate the exhaust opening 30 with the outside of the casing 2, and a shielding member 40 located in the cooking chamber 17 to face the exhaust opening 30 and forming a cooking chamber exhaust outlet 28 by generating a gap with a rear wall 17a having the exhaust opening 30.
