PURPOSE: A lighting device and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device are provided to improve a light reflection ratio by arranging a reflection unit on the surface of a PCB(Printed Circuit Board). CONSTITUTION: An LED(Light Emitting Diode) light source emits light which passes through a reflection unit(120). The reflection unit is laminated on a PCB(110). The reflection unit includes a first reflection film(121), a second reflection film(122), and a first bonding pattern layer(123). The first reflection film faces the second reflection film. The first bonding pattern layer bonds the first reflection film with the second reflection film. A plurality of unit air cells in which a first air area is formed is mutually connected with the first bonding pattern layer.
