COMPRESSION GARMENT HAVING GRIP Abstract A compression garment (20) adapted for placement in a self-retaining configuration on a body part for imparting compression therapy on the body part. The 5 compression garment (20) includes a flexible wrap (24) and a bladder (26A, 26B, 26C) held in use by the wrap (24) for compressing the body part. The wrap (24) includes an inner flap (22B) and an outer flap (22A). The outer flap (22A) overlaps the inner flap (22B) when the garment (20) is in a self-retaining configuration on the body part. A fastener (30) secures the wrap (24) in the self-retaining configuration. When the outer to flap (22A) overlaps the inner flap (22B), at least a portion of the inner flap (22B) is exposed forming a grip (40) for grasping the inner flap (22B) when tightening and fastening the garment (20) in the self-retaining configuration. |
