<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric resonator which can release heat generated in the middle of resonance operation from the surface efficiently without considerable deviation of a resonance frequency. <P>SOLUTION: A dielectric resonator comprises one main surface, the other main surface in parallel with the one main surface, and a peripheral surface vertical relative to the one main surface and the other main surface, and a plurality of holes extending in a direction vertical to the one main surface and having openings in any one of the one main surface and the other main surface are provided. The plurality of holes are arranged so as to be in n-fold symmetry (n is an integer of two or more) with respect to a prescribed shaft vertical to the one main surface and the other main surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
