Provided is a collector which is provided with a conductive resin layer and has improved electrochemical stability. A collector (3) of one embodiment of the present invention is obtained by forming a conductive resin layer (1) on at least one surface of a conductive base (2). The conductive resin layer (1) contains an acrylic resin or a nitrocellulose resin and a conductive material. The conductive resin layer (1) has a maximum current response of 10 µA/cm2 or less within the electrode potential range from +3 V to +4.5 V based on lithium metal in the electrolyte solution of a lithium ion battery.
