PURPOSE: An exhaust air purification device of an engine and a transportation unit using the same are provided to thaw a frozen reactant by the coolant of a coolant circulation unit as a coolant circulation line unit directly contacts to the reactant inside a reactant storage unit by being led to inside the reactant storage unit. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust air purification device of an engine comprises a jetting unit(130), a reactant feed line(151), and a coolant circulation line(160). The jetting unit jets a liquid reactant(170) to inside an exhaust pipe. The reactant storage unit stores the reactant. The reactant feed line is connected to the reactant storage unit, thereby feeding the reactant to the jetting unit. The coolant circulation line unit is arranged separately from the reactant feed line. The coolant circulates inside the reactant storage unit and jetting unit through the coolant circulation line.
