<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a phthalocyanine nanowire without decomposition of a phthalocyanine derivative having a substituent group by acid, the phthalocyanine nanowire having a wire-shaped crystal comprising unsubstituted phthalocyanine and phthalocyanine with a substituent group that are representative organic semiconductors, in particular, a nanosize fine-line-shaped structure in which a width (a minor axis) of a wire is 100 nm or less, a ratio of a length to the minor axis (the length/the minor axis) of the wire being 10 or more. <P>SOLUTION: After dissolving only unsubstituted phthalocyanine in acid, microfabricated unsubstituted phthalocyanine obtained by deposition to a poor solvent is mixed with a phthalocyanine derivative having a substituent group, and placed in a solvent or in a solvent vapor atmosphere. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
