PURPOSE: A method for preventing the deterioration of fuel injection caused by the thermal diffusion on an injector is provided to prevent vehicle ignition from being turned off by blocking fuel injection. CONSTITUTION: A method for preventing the deterioration of fuel injection caused by the thermal diffusion on an injector comprises following steps. The fuel injection is diagnosed by a low side control line when an actual inductance value is above a predetermined value in an electronic control device(100). A test pulse signal for diagnosing the fuel injection by the low side control line is applied to an injector circuit. The disconnection of the low side control line or the thermal diffusion on the injector circuit is determined based on output response of the injector circuit.
