PURPOSE: An inner diameter tumbling system of a small-sized pipe is provided to obtain the desired surface roughness of an inner diameter of a pipe by using grinding materials or sandpaper of various sizes and to reduce time for tumbling by maximizing a tumbling effect of the inner diameter of the pipe. CONSTITUTION: An inner diameter tumbling system of a small-sized pipe comprises a central wire(100), sandpaper(200), a universal joint, a driving motor(400), and a guide rail. The central wire supports the sandpaper by winding the sandpaper in an outer diameter and rotates by receiving the torque of the driving motor. The sandpaper rubs against the inner surface of the pipe by rotating, thereby tumbling. The universal joint is connected to the driving motor, thereby transmitting the torque of the driving motor to the central wire and the pipe. The driving motor generates the torque. The guide rail is driven as a conveyor type, thereby linearly reciprocating the central wire in an axial direction. |
