PURPOSE: An electrode structure and an electrode manufacturing method thereof are provided to simultaneously improve an optical and electrical property by inosculating nanowires with each other through an optical processing or heat processing. CONSTITUTION: A first nanowire and a second nanowire are prepared(ST10). The first nanowire and the second nanowire are placed on a substrate(ST20). The first and the second nanowires are inosculated with each other(ST30). The diameter of the first and the second nanowires is in the range of 10nm to 200nm. The length of the first and the second nanowires is in the range of 10μm to 100μm.
