PURPOSE: A non-vascular drug discharge stent membrane and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to suppress the growth of tumor. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a non-vascular drug discharge stent membrane comprises a step of preparing a drug coating solution by dissolving polyurethane and an anticancer drug in an organic solvent, a step of forming a first coating layer on a metal stent by covering the metal stent with a silicone tube or the Teflon, and a step of manufacturing a stent membrane by forming a second coating layer on the metal stent.
