PURPOSE: A recovery apparatus and method for a cation-exchange resin and a removal apparatus and method for a cation thereof are provided to effectively control a regeneration process of the cation exchange resin by controlling the supply of washing water and sodium chloride(NaCl) for cation exchange by using measured pH and conductivity values. CONSTITUTION: An recovery apparatus for a cation-exchange resin and a removal apparatus for a cation thereof comprise the cation exchange resin(2), a sodium chloride(NaCl) feed port(3), a water feed port(4), a pH measuring device(6), a conductivity measuring device(7), and a control unit(8). The cation exchange resin exchanges cations supplied by water from the water feed port. The sodium chloride feed port supplies sodium chloride to the cation exchange resin. The water feed port supplies water to the cation exchange resin. The pH measuring device and the conductivity measuring device are equipped on a discharge line of the cation exchange resin. The control unit receives signals from the pH measuring device and the conductivity measuring device to control the sodium chloride feed port and the water feed port. The pH measuring device and the conductivity measuring device sends signals of a pH value and a conductivity value of discharged liquid from the cation exchange resin.
