PURPOSE: A polymer electrolyte membrane is provided to have excellent mechanical strength and ion conductivity by laminating an ion conductor film on a hydrocarbon-based porous support in the optimum condition. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polymer electrolyte membrane comprises: a step of preparing a porous support which comprises a hydrocarbon-based polymer non-soluble to an organic solvent; a step of preparing an ion conductor film which comprises a hydrocarbon-based material soluble to the organic solvent; and a step of laminating the ion conductor film on the porous support. The polymer electrolyte membrane comprises: the pours support which comprises the hydrocarbon-based polymer; and an ion conductor layer which comprises a hydrocarbon-based polymer, and is attached to the porous support.
