PURPOSE: A battery pack with an integrated cooling tube and a heat-radiating plate is provided to form a cooling tube by the injection of thermoconductive plastic, and to combine a cooling tube to one side of the heat radiant plate. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack(1000) with an integrated cooling tube and a heat-radiating plate comprises battery cells(100) which are parallel and spaced apart with constant intervals, and the heat-radiating plate(200) which is inserted between the respective battery cells. The cooling tube is formed on one body to comprise one side of the heat-radiating plate. The heat-radiating plate has a vertical part(210) in the one side.
