<p>PURPOSE: A system for sharing thermal energy in buildings is provided to supply enough thermal energy regardless of seasons by operating a thermal energy adjusting building. CONSTITUTION: A system for sharing thermal energy in buildings includes an energy generation building(1), an energy adjusting building(2), a transfer pipe(4), an energy consumption building(3), and a control unit. The energy generation building includes circulation water flowing in a geothermal heat exchange pipe, and a geothermal heat pump which performs a heat exchange cycle. The energy adjusting building comprises the circulating water which flows in a waste heat exchange pipe, and a heat pump which performs the heat exchange cycle by external driving energy. Cold or hot water that the temperature changes by the heat exchange cycle flows in the transfer pipe. The energy consumption building performs the heat exchange cycle by being supplied with the cold or hot water from the transfer pipe. The control unit measures the temperature and pressure of the cold or hot water, and controls the waste heat pump.</p> |
