STRUCTURE OF TANKER WITH LOWER STOOL

PURPOSE: A cargo hold structure of a tanker with a lower stool is provided to increase the longitudinal strength of a ship, and to fundamentally prevent the generation of structurally weak dust storm. CONSTITUTION: A cargo hold structure of a tanker with a lower stool comprises a pair of inclined plates(7), a top plate(8), and a lengthwise bulkhead(2). The inclined plates are installed above an inner plate of a cargo hold of the tanker into the shape of a triangle in order to support the longitudinal and horizontal strength of a hull. The top plate is installed on the top of the pair of inclined plates to increase the longitudinal strength of the hull. The lengthwise bulkhead is installed on the top of the top plate in the longitudinal direction of the hull.
