PURPOSE: A flow control valve of a power steering pump is provided to effectively suppress valve vibration and pulse flow. CONSTITUTION: A flow control valve of a power steering pump comprises a valve housing(11), a valve spool(13), a first spring(21), and a second spring(23). The valve housing includes a bore into which fluid flows. The valve spool installed within the valve housing to be movable includes at least one spool land(15, 17). The first and the second springs are contacted to each of the spool lands for elastically supporting the valve spool.
