PURPOSE: A branch type exhaust heat recovery device with an ATF(Automatic Transmission Fluid) worm-up function is provided to improve fuel efficiency by worming up cooling water and ATF of vehicles as a cylindrical exhaust heat recovery device and a branch type exhaust heat recovery device worm up the ATF by using exhausted gas. CONSTITUTION: A branch type exhaust heat recovery device with an ATF worm-up function ATF comprises a bypass pipe(10), a heat exchanger(20), a variable valve(30), an exhaust gas passage, a cooling water inlet(40), a cooling water outlet(50), an ATF inlet(60), and an ATF passage. The exhaust gas passage is arranged in an internal space of the heat exchanger so that exhaust gas flows. The cooling water inlet is connected to an end side of the heat exchanger so that cooling water of low temperature flows. The cooling water outlet is connected to the other end so that the cooling water of high temperature is discharged. The ATF inlet is connected to the end side of the heat exchanger so that ATF of low temperature flows in. The ATF outlet is connected to the other end side of the heat exchanger so that the AFT is discharged. The ATF passage is arranged in the internal space of the heat exchanger so that the ATF flows. The cooling water and the ATF are simultaneously heated by using exhaust heat delivered transmitted from the exhaust gas passage. [Reference numerals] (AA,BB) Transmission oil
