PURPOSE: H-beam fastening system is provided to reduce a construction cost, to facilitate a maintenance and a repair, and to provide a sufficient lighting and view to a high-rise apartment. CONSTITUTION: A H-beam fastening system comprises plurality of H-beam posts(110), plurality of transparent soundproof panels, a fixed member(130), and an illumination member. The H-beam post is mounted to the front side of the residence complex or the side of a railway at a constant interval. The fixed member fixes the transparent soundproof panel between a pair of the H-beam posts to the determined height. The illumination member comprises a light emitting diode and is mounted to the transparent soundproof panel.
