PURPOSE:To stabilize the oscillation frequency and the oscillation output against temperatures, by providing a band reflection filter, where a resonance frequency is higher than the oscillation frequency of the original oscillator and rises according to rise of the ambient temperature, between the original oscillator and the load. CONSTITUTION:In case that the oscillation frequency and the oscillation output of original oscillator 1 incline to be reduced according to rise of the ambient temperature, a filter whose resonance frequency rises according to rise of the temperature is used as band reflection filter 2 provided between original oscillator 1 and load 3, and the resonance frequency of band reflection filter 2 is set to a frequency higher than the oscillation frequency of original oscillator 1. Therefore, leading-in dependent upon band reflection filter 2 is caused strongly at a low temperature because the difference between the oscillation frequency of original oscillator 1 and the resonance frequency of band reflection filter 2 is small. As a result, the output of original oscillator 1 is reflected by band reflection filter 2, and the output is lowered as the whole. Consequently, the oscillation output is stabilized against temperatures. |
